坏男人往往脸皮厚，大胆，善于撒谎，不太受道德约束，花招诡计多，不负责任。
而这些特点恰恰击中了女人的软肋。

假设硬件条件相似的好男人和坏男人遇到同一个女人，坏男人的杀伤力要强出N倍。

首先，好男人的出手概率要小得多，因为好男人开始追求之前就要考虑负责任的问题，
所以不完全中意的不会去追，条件不成熟的目前不能追，对方已有男友的不能追，未来前景不看好（例：在不同城市）的不能追，限制极多。
而坏男人反正也没打算负责任，只要对方有点姿色，或是触手可得，一概先追了再说。

第二，好男人诚实，没钱没关系就实话实说，对女方的缺点也坦诚相告，往往让女人很失望。
而坏男人随便编两个故事就可以显得自己实力超群；对女人花言巧语又很容易让她们心花怒放，认为找到了知己伯乐。
在这个浮躁的社会背景下，好男人多年的辛苦努力换来的成果多半还不如一个坏男人用3分钟时间编出来的故事更能让女人心动。

第三，好男人总想着尊重对方，不会找机会调戏非礼。而坏男人通过调笑，酒精，跳舞等方式随时刺激女人的荷尔蒙，
一有机会就把对方占为己有。女人一旦被调动起来，反而很快会爱上这个男人。坏男人一次调情的效果往往超过好男人默默的多次付出。
有些傻女人认为男人上了她就是爱上了她；更傻的女人认为一旦被男人上了，她就必须爱上这个男人。女人的本性中隐含着逆来顺受的基因。
第四，好男人真心付出，把双方的感情看得很重，心态容易不平衡，为一些小事和女友争吵。
而坏男人心想：反正我不过是做一场游戏，找点刺激罢了，哄哄她得了，生个什么气啊？心态更平和，反而显得成熟个性好。

第五，坏男人的约会经验通常比好男人多的多。参照第一条，坏男人一有机会就出手，即使不成功也积累了经验，逐渐了解了女人的心理。
坏男人通过大量的实战经验在约会时把这些表面工作做得很好，而好男人却懵然不知，被唰了都不明白为什么，还以为是自己实力不够。
第六，双方发生争执时，好男人自尊心，原则性强，不会轻易迁就对方，往往为些小事谁都不让步，最后只能分手。而坏男人脸皮厚，认个错比喝稀饭都容易，往往轻而易举就能哄得对方回心转意；当然，那是在他还没有玩腻的时候，否则即使女方让步他也能找出借口分手，有时候女人反而会一再让步，彻底沦为坏男人的玩物。

第七，好男人原则性强，循规蹈矩，往往显得乏味。而坏男人一心追求刺激，变化多端，常常给女人以新鲜感。不知不觉中，女人就被坏男人迷惑住，控制住了。

第八，大部分女人对生活的期望值不现实（爱情小说，电影看多了的后果）。造成的后果是诚实的好男人达不到她们的期望值，只有坏男人才能编造出一个她们心目中的理想世界。

另外，对于多数女人来说，上床造成两人关系的质变。占有她身体的男人比起其他男人有太多的优势（亲密程度大大增强，对方无形之中多出很多操纵女方身体及行为的权力等）。

坏男人能做到的，好男人为什么做不到呢？

对于好男人，你是他生命中的重要组成部分，他对你的过去，现在，未来都在意。
而坏男人更能容忍你的缺点，因为他只需要容忍几天，一两个月；而好男人却要计划一辈子的前景。
但是女人往往对好男人努力为她所做的事认为理所当然，不屑一顾，所以好男人要变坏，才会得到女孩子的青睐。。。很认同！

我在看这篇文章的时候，心里还是很自豪的，每一条“好男人”都被你占据。。虽然你已经是我的曾经，但不得否认，你确实是一个好男人。
这个社会确实是这样的。很多女孩子把“好男人”当作“傻男人”。其实她才是真正的傻瓜。

A club emblazoned with funky swiveling lights, and mist that delude patrons into thinking they are in a surreal paradise.

Add in the loud music, hot women and intoxication of alcohol.

The perfect formula for madness.

My experience could be aptly summarised in 8 words:

灯红酒绿，醉生梦死

The sight of the dancing horde made me wonder about many things:

1) Are their lives so sad/ tense that they resort to chilling out in hell?
2) Don't these people have to work the following morning? Hello, it's 3am already.
3) Do these people even have a future?

My first clubbing experience was bad. I'm never going to a club again.

And just in case you were wondering: Nope, I didn't dance. I stood by a corner, watching Jonathan, Cissy, Madeline and another Cissy indulge themselves in the euphoric atmosphere. Dancing isn't my thing. And more importantly, I needed to sober up.

It may be a paradise for many, but definitely not mine.

How time flies. 6 months have gone by since I first joined the ministry and was introduced to an "asshole" by the name of Jonathan Ng. In all honesty, I have always been guilty of stereotyping people from RJC as jerks after my many interactions with them in life. Well, I guess Geok Wah's splendid introduction didn't do you much favour as well. Right.

But as fate would have it, you turned out to be one of my most truthful friends. And most importantly, a friend in need. Even though you always poked fun at me, it was in good fun and you were always a great company. I'm sure your presence will also be missed by Shandy, Elaine, Qiu Rong, Geok Wah and many others.

Hope we can meet up again soon after our trip to Bintan.

Into The Outlands

After four grueling weeks of questing, DoomMachine has finally ventured into the Outlands!

DoomMachine charging into the portal!

Looking back, the process may had been slow and tiresome. But nevertheless, truly enjoyable. In fact, some of the adventures were particularly significant and simply unforgettable. Such as mutilating hundreds of creatures to gouge out their eyeballs, organs and scales for ever grateful quest givers. Such as vanquishing Herod and his zealous heretics in Scarlet Monastery, which feels almost like decimating those asswipes from City Har Verse, and hence evilly delightful. Such as getting an epic mount which accelerates to full speed faster than a Ferrari. And last but not least, such as getting ninjaed by huntards along the way.

毕业旅行-- 台湾遨游（4th June - 11 June 2008)

我从台湾回来，迄今已有好几天了。由于身体过于疲累，休息了三天还是无法打起精神写部落格。趁现在记忆犹新，我还是赶紧把旅途的所见所闻都记录下来，与大家分享吧。

旅程：
佳义，阿里山（4th, 5th) ---> 台中，日月潭（6th, 7th) ---> 台北（8th - 11th)

6月4日佳义，阿里山

早上8.30, 我们搭乘了新航SQ877, 于下午1。30抵达桃园机场。虽然机上设有In-flight Entertainment, 这五个小时的航程却是无聊透顶。座位前的电视银幕小，而且不清晰，显然是许久前装置的，而且没进行任何改良。电影看了一个小时后，模糊的视频令我的眼睛疲惫，也就不知不觉地睡着了。下次若再去台湾，我肯定搭廉价航空。

下机后，搭客运到了桃园高铁站，再转搭高铁去佳义。最后，我们搭了一辆计程车上阿里山。山路崎岖，又有浓雾，确实是十分危险。难怪司机收了我们2500NT的车费。

阿里山上非常冷，平均摄氏11度。

因为正逢台风季，所以旅客异常地少。但不知道为什么，我却很喜欢这人烟稀少的小镇。

晚上就住宿在阿里山神木宾馆。设备好，服务好，柜台小姐更好。

6月5日阿里山

早上，我们依照柜台小姐规划好的路线，在阿里山逛了一圈。途中，当然拍了不少有趣的照片。

下午，冒着大雨上祝山观云海。可惜山上浓雾白蒙蒙一片，什么都瞧不着。

6月6日阿里山，日月潭

凌晨3点起床，搭了4.15am 的火车上祝山观日出。这一天特别难忘，因为是我生平第一次搭火车，也是第一次观日出。还好天公作美，无雨，我才能看见那迷人的日出。

下午1。00，准备乘火车下阿里山。临行前，又拍了几张照留念。

傍晚5。00，在佳义转搭高铁与客运到达日月潭。

6月7日日月潭

若想在日月潭观赏到最美丽的画面，那就非得上猫囒山不可。上山有两条路，分别为A路（马路）与B路（林道）。这天我们竟然选错了路，走林道上山，根本就无异于在德光岛“冲山”。沿途什么都看不见，眼前就只有死竹，枯草，残花，空气中还弥漫着烂泥的味道，真是受不了。

山路虽然难走，但我还是撑了下去，否则如何寻得茶花园？

由于当时下着雨，景色又不断重复，所以照片拍得不多。

6月8日日月潭，台北

早上八点半，搭乘丰荣客运抵达台北。

傍晚五点半，来到了向往已久的西门町。尽管夏季天气非常热，台北的美媚们还是喜欢穿着黑色丝袜或长袜上街。这显然是受了哈日风的影响。

这天晚上，我在一家名为"Showtime" 的戏院观赏了“Chronicles of Narnia 2：Prince Caspian". 画面不但超清晰，而且音效一级棒，简直与新加坡的顶级戏院不相伯仲。有机会到台北的话，你们不妨到这家戏院看场电影。

早上十一点，我搭捷运到了中正纪念堂。这地方挺无聊，就只有一个自由广场，纪念堂和正在装修的国家剧院。

从酒店往返中山捷运站的途中，总会看见一座岳飞的塑像。

下午两点，乘捷运到士林，搭超快速电梯上到了台北101的第90层楼。幸亏我们早到，在下雨前拍摄了几张珍贵的照片。迟我们半小时到达的旅客们可就没那么幸运了。当时从观景台只看见白蒙蒙一片，就像当日我在祝山一样，什么鸟都看不见。可怜的它们，就只能与海报拍照。

等雨停的当儿，我们在楼下的一间咖啡屋聊天，打发时间。由于商店都是名表行及高级服装店，我们都没兴趣逛，就只能喝咖啡。
